Workshop Events
TeamInteract’s workshops are a great way to discover more. They begin with a presentation format that helps delegates understand the possibilities of new concepts, and then create the space for delegates to discuss their own thoughts of how the new ideas directly relate to them.
This feedback helps delegates inspire each other, as well as provide the organisers with a perfect chance to develop their own knowledge and strategy directly in relation to their audience’s thoughts.
The aim of the majority of our workshops is to provide a space for delegates to work out for themselves how different subjects apply or don’t apply to their business - which areas are relevant, which can be taken forward, which might provide the best return for their circumstances.
At the same time the workshops also provide us, as organisers, with the opportunity to gain an in depth understanding of the needs and views of our audience. This provides invaluable research which will inform the decisions and strategy development that we adopt, ensuring it is properly tailored to support our audience as effectively as properly.
The workshops begin with a presentation or series of presentations, which are usually designed to introduce new ideas and concepts. These ideas are then qualified to ensure the audience can see how they relate to their own circumstances. They are wrapped up with a vision of how the business can adopt them for themselves and the improvements that can be achieved as a result of them.
After a break, delegates will be brought into workshop groups where they will be able to discuss amongst themselves, and with the support of a subject matter expert, the opportunities they have conceived. They will have a chance to discover the first steps needed to adopt these ideas.
When coupled with a trade show format, delegates are able to take these ideas straight to the people who can help achieve them, and as organisers we can be sure we have set them on the right path.
