TeamInteract, funded by Yorkshire Forward and managed by Junction YK Ltd, is a business development programme designed to promote the business benefits of broadband applications and content to SMEs across the Yorkshire and the Humber region. The Project is running from November 2004 to the end of March 2006.
It will fund the development of new content and applications from the digital content and ICT sectors and offer support to those funded companies to encourage the on-going, long-term success and productivity of the applications.
TeamInteract is creating case studies detailing the successful use of the applications to form the backbone of a series of events and workshops held across the region to show SMEs in the Chemicals, Food & Drink and Advanced Engineering & Metals sectors or based in rural locations, how broadband content can help cut costs, provide access to new customers and sustain competitiveness. The project also offers SMEs channels for the ongoing support for developing their own broadband applications through it's events.
